I wanted to take this opportunity to write a thank you to your company, Kent Zweifel and Acacia Steiner. In December 2010 Mr. Kennerson, owner of the company, decided to go into a location on his own which meant starting from scratch as far as office equipment, etc. I did a lot of research with different companies for a copier, fax and scanner, and decided that Copytronics was the company that Mr. Kennerson would be interested in speaking with. Fortunately for us, Kent Zweifel responded to our request for a meeting and Mr. Kennerson was completely satisfied with his presentation, prices and basically overall information.  Mr. Kennerson immediately signed up for your services.

When our unit was delivered Mr. Zweifel and Ms. Steiner came at the same time the machine arrived. Ms. Steiner practically stayed all day with me going over the entire machine from top to bottom, explaining in explicit detail as to how the machine operates, and what it can do. As an example of her knowledge and concern, we have raised letterhead and envelopes which are thicker than normal and this created a problem for us. Due to her expertise she was able to accommodate our needs looking at every resource she had until the problem was solved.

Ms. Steiner has got to be one of the most dedicated employees that your company employs and I really don’t think I could have handled this machine if it had not been for Ms. Steiner she has the patience of a Saint and she knows her business. I would recommend this product and this employee to anyone that is looking for a good machine and a company to work with.
